The person who greeted me was friendly and professional (I believe she was the manager). I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility and the concern for hygiene. I liked my massage therapist; she only spoke at appropriate times, so I could relax. My only criticism is that I told her she could use firmer pressure and she did not make that adjustment.
