It was my first time for a professional facial and didn't no what to expect. It was nice and relaxing so much so I fell asleep for a few minutes.

-I Had difficulty making my facial appointment. I called over 6 times at difficult days & times and kept getting a answer machine. BEAR DE. - I Had my facial done by Deb at Bear DE ON 11/2 @ 9:45. I have cancer and I am going through chemo treatments and wanted get a facial for a boost. Deb made my experience amazing as I felt like a million bucks after Deb finished with me and it was just what I NEEDED.

I was highly satisfied by how nice and welcoming they were and my massage left me feeling amazing.

My specific needs area was handled very well. I would say the right amount of pressure was used. Sufficient time was spent on my needs area.

Always relax me. Dress my stresses. Easy to make appointments

I loved my therapist! She was very kind and explained everything in great detail. She always check in on me every few minutes to make sure I was going okay and that everything was to my liking.

The staff was very friendly. Though I was tense upon arrival, it being my first time getting such a massage, the therapist helped me to relax so I could feel more comfortable and enjoy the massage more. I was happy with the results and scheduled another appointment!

The massage therapist is very good. Routinely request her specifically. She knows my preferences and specific areas that require specific attention.
