The staff here is wonderful! I love my experience with this location. Michelle is great and i can’t remember the gentleman’s name who signed me up, but everyone is incredible!

The massage therapist took the time out to listen to my needs and addressed all concerns. The front desk staff was amazing and wry welcoming. I had been a member in the past and remembered very quickly why I love hand and stone so much. This was my first time in the Fort Lauderdale location and it did not disappoint. I will definitely be going back!

The front desk attendants, Alyssa and Victoria, were amazing! They made me feel so welcomed and ensured that I understood everything about Hand & Stone. Dex, my massage therapist, was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entirety of my massage. I cannot say enough positive things about these three!

DeniseFleisher is an excellent esthetitian. She is professional and keeps my skin glowing and healthy! I always enjoy my time with her and feel my skin has improved over the years with her care.

Colette at the FtLauderdale FL location was really great. Felt incredible taken care of, she spent her whole time working on my skin and I felt I got my true monies worth. I will request her going forward

Finally I got a massage on time by the same person. I was recommended a special oil which I tried. And I made my next appointment with the same person in a week. I hope this becomes a schedule I can depend on.

It's peaceful and calm, particularly in the evening. The only thing I would suggest is that the reception team 'back off' a little. "Miss Rebecca" (just doesn't make sense to me). I wish you had a punch card system so that my husband and i could share a 6 or 12 pack.

I am very happy with my membership with hand & stone spa. I was there a couple days ago. The therapist was Annetta. She’s the best therapist I have had in your spa since I joined. Thank you for having such a great therapist. Her kindness and knowledge exceeded my expectations.

The massage therapist was professional, knowledgable, respectful and followed my preferences for amount of pressure I wanted I was disappointed that the massage was 50 minutes and not 60 as I had booked a 1 hour massage and was expecting the massage to last the entire 1 hour. I did mention my dissatisfaction after the massage to the therapist and from desk and suggested you clarify the booking for your clients so it’s more clear
