Lana is terrific. She is extremely knowledgeable and her services are of the very best quality. I will not go to anyone else anywhere in South Florida for facial treatments.

I like the idea of membership , it encourages me to come and take treatments. Also, reasonable member pricing of services. The staff is always friendly and professional.

As soon as my daughter and I walked in the girls were very welcoming and gave us information on what our experience was going to be. The therapist was welcoming and did a wonderful job. My daughter and I were very impressed. Now we are both monthly clients. Thank you!!

I would prefer to make appointments online but the system never seems to work right for me so I had to call and schedule the appointments over the phone. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and there were no problems, I just prefer to have the ability to schedule the appointments myself (especially since you can earn points that way) but the online system seems flawed. The staff was friendly and helpful upon arriving for my appointments, all scheduled times were met and both the massage therapy and esthetician were professional and competent. Overall, a very pleasant visit. :)

Due to bad weather in Fort Lauderdale on the 14th, I called and spoke to someone (I think named Alissa) who was very kind and answered my questions. Dexter gives wonderful massages and he is the reason I continue with my H&S Membership.

Shelia is fabulous and a wonderful professionally. I use her exclusively fir my facials !
