The receptionists are very friendly and professional and check me in and out efficiently. The massage therapist that has been working with me, Valerie, has deep massage and regular massage down perfectly. I always feel relaxed and better after a massage with her.

Angelicia was amazing. She helps me understand my skin. The facial was my first and i joined because of her!! My sister recommended her and i cant wait to go back!

I absolutely love going to hand and stone because of my massage therapist Ryan. I like the ambience of the store and therapy room. What I do not like at all is the fact that the receptionists always ask about how I’m going to leave gratuity. I think it’s a turnoff and very tacky. I always leave a tip because I want to but let’s not forget that a tip is optional otherwise it’s not a tip. The fact that they ask how I’m going to leave gratuity implies it’s obligatory. I wish they would stop asking every time. I cringe when I hear “how are you leaving gratuity today”? I mean really, I’m a ln adult. They need to stop asking.

Trina was friendly, knowledgeable and gave the perfect massage.

I primarily use my membership for a monthly facial with Loretta. In comparison to other facialist I have experienced at Hand and Stone and other spas, Loretta far exceeds all others by way of her skin analysis, experience and touch.

My service with Loretta is always extremely relaxing and beneficial! Love my appointments with her!
