Love Joanna. I have had facials from her for years. I like knowing the same person will be there for my treatments instead of having to build new relationships all the time. Staff retention should remain a priority.

Massage Therapist was wonderful, spent time to show me exercises for my scaitica and made recommendations that were very helpful. Receptionist also lovely and called me promptly for a same day service. I will be rebooking for this week or next. My only complaint is that the massage product was very oily, this is a personal preference but I prefer either less oil or a more cream like product.

It was quick, convenient and helped relieve pain.

Joanna was very friendly and kind and did everything well. She explained to me that extractions using a needle or sharp instrument are no longer allowed by law. I needed three millia removed. I had asked the receptionist but neither of us knew what I was referring to.

Really love the Bloor location, Hien has been an exceptional RMT and the receptionists everytime I visit are amazing!!
