The staff is very pleasant and professional. From the receptionists to the owners to the RMT’s. RMT’s listen to your needs and probe politely to fix what needs fixed. The entire experience is top notch .

I was pleased to see with the staff's co-operation when I asked specifically for a therapist that was a graduate from the Sutherland Chan school. They were accomodating and told me of several therapists that satisfied my criteria. During my treatment on this particular day I was not in the mood for conversation and my therapist picked up on this and allowed me to have my session in complete silence which I greatly appreciated.
