Hand and Stone

Hand & Stone is a wonderful spa. I felt calm and relaxed from the moment I entered the door. Vivian was a very helpful receptionist and extremely knowledgeable on the phone when I was booking my appointment. Xi is a fabulous Massage Therapist. He listened to my issues and spent the 50 minutes targeting the spots I knew about and the spots that were affecting me that i didn't know about. Though it is a bit more expensive than other massage therapy clinics, everyone goes the extra mile to make it an extra special experience.

The massage therapists are all well trained/skilled.

The therapist seemed genuinely interested in my "pain" and how to treat it. Felt they had my best interest at heart.

The quality of the massage is excellent The product used for facial was perfect for what I was looking for The scalp massage was a wonderful addition to my facial session

Each staff member I've spoken with has been excellent, kind and helpful. I've never been unsatisfied with a service. Location is incredibly convenient for me, as it is beside Royal York subway. Hand and Stone is now my regular go-to spa!

Ryan is an excellent RMT and I am very grateful for his knowledge and ability.

Ryan knows my aches and pains and he is great at getting them to ease. He knows I like to just be quiet and focus on the massage, so chat is kept to a minimum. Information and aspect of my renewed membership were clearly explained with friendly smiles and offers of tea or water at the reception desk. (I really like the little Werthers toffees, too).

The massage therapist was great. He concentrated on the area where I have pain but did a full body massage as well. After the treatment I felt very flexible and loose. I’ve never noticed that before Within an hour I already recommended Desmond to my neighbourhood friends 😀👍
