Vivian and staff are always very professional and accomodating. My treatment was done is a relaxed and tranquil environment. I'm always pleased with the facials and massages at Hand and Stone.

Ryan continues to provide the best massage therapy to relieve my tight muscles and chronic lower back pain. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The monthly membership is a strong incentive (in addition to being treated by Ryan) for returning monthly to Hand and Stone Etobicoke.

Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff. Warm, welcoming, very clean ambience. My massage therapist, Desmond, is one of the best therapists I've ever had at delivering consistently firm pressure throughout the massage. His techniques, flow, incorporating heat where necessary like using hot stones like an extention of his hands etc. are seamless, professional and never distract or take away from the treatment. He's also so very thorough... It's mind blowing how much he is able to accomplish in the time allotted. Excellent value for money.

Denise was knowledgeable, experienced and knew when to speak and when to be quiet. The receptionist was able to find a spot on the same day I phoned.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Magda did a great job - she asked what I wanted the massage to concentrate on and did a great job addressing the areas of pain.

There seemed to be an improvement with the HVAC. Much quieter and less drafty too.

I am 100% satisfied with having Ryan as my massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable and always asks what my issues are to make sure he is working on the areas I need help most. He is a great addition to my therapy.
