it is easy and convenient to go to. Value for money is good, and the aesthetician was very knowledgeable. I was very relaxed and fell asleep for a bit, as a result of the ambience in the room. Reception area is a little crowed. No place to put coats,etc. Otherwise great!!

Some difficulty in getting an appt. Made at least six calls to schedule appt, and was even put on a wait list twice. Finally, on my last call, was able to get an appt and was so pleased. Thank you. Louise is very good. Will ask for her for my next appt.

I have been looking for a new home for treatments and tried a few around the neighbourhood. I wanted to find someone who could give me an excellent facial and eyebrown threading. Hand and Stone has both. Every time I've been at the royal york location I have been made to feel very welcome.

Very enjoyanle experience nut i did find the music during the message too loud.

I didn't have a problem with the products. I must have selected the wrong button. My therapist was great and I'm very happy that I found Hand and Stone!!

During my first visit for a facial spa, the skincare specialist was extremely knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and pleasant. On my second visit for a body massage, as a fist timer, I was a bit nervous and wasn't sure if I was going to like the experience, but when I was done from the message session, I was extremely satisfied and would like to return again to get massage and other services.
