I was highly satisfied with my experience because of my therapist. Veronica is always able to help me with my problems so I leave with less discomfort. I have and would recommend her to everyone.

Vivien runs a great business and she is very nice to deal with. She is upfront about the different styles of the RMTs - they are all good and all different. Appointments are on time.

Reception was AMAZING, very knowledgeable and accommodating. She offered me tea or water while I was waiting (I chose tea). It made my early arrival more relaxing being able to sip on some nice green tea =) The massage therapist was SO GREAT!!!!!!! I was in a car accident last year and since then my back has not been the same!! The RMT asked me all the right questions and delivered me a "HEAVEN massage" I called it lol. I left feeling rejuvenated and full of life. The pain in my back was eased and I felt great!!! Thank you Hand and Stone!!!

Desmond is an amazing therapist. I have been to many different massage therapists in the past and thought they were good, then I met Desmond and find him absolutely amazing. My massages are relaxing and he addresses whatever concerns I have. I have recommended Hand and Stone to many of my friends.
