Hand and Stone

The best therapist is Atsuko. Unfortunately she books up really fast, so I cannot always get an appoinment with her, but eveybody else i have tried has also been pretty good. But as long as you guys have Atsuko, I will definitely come back. I also like the pricing, very fair. Love that it's very clean and easy to make appointments. The only small minus is that the rooms on the upper floor are not sound proof ver well, so you can hear a lot of the conversations in the reception area. The rooms downstairs are better. Overall though, great experience!

I always find Vivien and her team very friendly and accommodating. The Etobicoke Hand and Stone is always well maintained and the decor is appealing. I have been to other Hand and Stone facilities and the decor has been less attractive. Thank you!

The quality of the massage therapists and their knowledge is very good. The facility is very well maintained.

Each & every service person I have dealt with are always exceptional - polite, prompt and genuinely welcoming.

It has taken a few visits to find the right massage therapist and Ryan is excellent.
