Convenience and friendly staff

The location is located near my home and the staff and my experience was positive. The value for the service is excellent.

The RMT is always very professional and friendly. He is able to accommodate all of my requests and does an excellent job. He is extremely knowledge and thorough. I have recommended him to friends and family on numerous occasions. The owner of the location is amazing. She always greets me by name, from memory, even though I only have monthly appointments.

Both Nicole and Atsuko were fantastic and I look forward to my next visit with them both.

I was highly satisfied with the quality of the facial. The other elements, ambience, serenity, general atmosphere not so much. Most importantly, I arrived promptly 5 minutes early expecting to be seen at 1:00 pm (my appointment time).

My only issue, which may have changed since I last tried is that you can’t choose your therapist online. So I have to phone.
