I find your prices are high for my budget and that is why I don't attend on a regular basis

THe music chosen was not as relaxing as I have listened to in prior massages at other massage places and therefore the ambiance of the room was less relaxing.

There seems to be a turnover of massage therapists. It can be hard to get an appointment with my regular therapist for my monthly visit.

Highly Satisfied would mean my expectations were highly exceeded. The experience was fine. I would recommend that you not use styrofoam cups for the water dispenser. They are a travesty for the environment.

Service was good. I can’t say it was exception but I also didn’t expect or need it to be. I knew it was not going to be like going to a high end spa.

I have been a customer in the spa for about 1.5 year. My masseuse was Marcia, she was excellent and strong every time. Unfortunately, she does not work there any longer. Last visit with a different masseuse was cut short due some paper work in the reception, and I felt, the masseuse was rude, blaming me. I explained all on Google review. Nevertheless, I do felt better and the massage helped with my shoulders and back pain significantly. I just wish, she is not moving so fast and go slower with her strokes. I did get my refund for 10 mins lost after a short dispute.

Esthetician Joanna mentioned on two separate occasions her dislike for "white people" in neighborhoods she's lived or has considered living in. Not sure why she thought that is an appropriate comment, let alone how it isn't completely racist.
