Cost per visit is very expensive

I think hand and stone is great for what it offers. To move from satisfied to highly satisfied I think small items like a locker for personal items, warmer room, quiet waiting room. But overall I like hand and stone and I will continue to come. Really I come because the quality of the massage is good.

Refresh or update of the look and feel of the reception area and rooms.

Difficulty in booking appointments with my preferred therapists

Wait time to get appointment is longer than ideal. There aren’t many available female RMT and the ones that are don’t apply enough pressure.

Overall experience was great. My only issue is that the price was a bit high for an 80 minute massage and the insurance company did not reimburse close to that amount since they only thought it was worth $130.

The ambience could be more spa-like. It would be best to have online booking for ease

The massage table was very uncomfortable. It's the 2nd time I've had neck pain afterwards because the head piece keeps moving and I have to lift my head an fiddle around with it during the massage to adjust it. I shouldn't have to do that. The therapist agreed that it was not a good table and said he'd bring it up with Vivian. I bought a package of 12 and hope this gets resolved otherwise I will not be going back once I'm done my package and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone only because of the table. Adam is amazing and he's the only reason I go there...

Felt like pressure was not increased when I asked for it. Felt like more time was spent on stretching than massage. Have had much better massages at this location
