My experience was just averagly the same as always

I was just dissatisfied with my therapist. I asked for Swedish deep tissue massage and all I got was shiatsu pressure point massage. I asked for deep tissue on my legs specifically but got about 2 min per leg with just pressing on certain areas. I’d come back but wouldn’t visit the same therapist.

Not all that satisfied with the massage service received. I had better service other times and other places, so rated it as such based on comparison.

The requirement to complete pointless paperwork is stupid. I dont care what the college of massage therapists says. I am the customer, I dont want to fill out paperwork that is irrelevant. Everyone is so sensitive, grow a pair of balls FFS. Moreover, i have already filled out this stuff. Dont make me do stupid stuff for no good reason. You are like sheep that just follows rules regardless whether they are meaningful or not. Use your head, use your brain.

Appointment is difficult to book as phones are not answered and when I went in person, receptionist was not at front desk. Also, I was not able to book a return visit as the massage they only works one day a week with the last appointment time at 6pm and I am not available that day as I work.

Extremely overpriced for the amount of time. My insurance only covers the reasonable and customary charges for the area ($100 an hour) which means I am responsible for paying the remainder + parking + any tips (which I am rarely able to give considering the cost). My massage therapist is wonderful and I would see her much more regularly if the cost weren’t so high.

The service provider was very good at what she did and my skin looks good however I did not find the experience relaxing over all. The service provider was lovely however she talked a lot and I felt compelled to talk. I think they should ask at the outset whether you want to chat or if you want to relax. She was lovely don’t get me wrong but my facial wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped it would be
