Highly recommend and esthetician were really friendly

Great place overall and friendly staff

Was expecting some feedback on things to do / not do to improve my skin. Also expected the esthetician to describe what they were doing before they did it; there was essentially zero communication, and as my eyes were closed, I would constantly be surprised each time she started something new.

I would love to learn more about the products that were used but the info was not offered to me.

it was fine. but not amazing. the basement location was beside a washroom that had clearly been used recently (based on smell as entered basement hallway). the room itself was fine but foot traffic above was easily heard (but a background noise). masseuse did good job but not best i've had. everything was fine - nothing was spectacular. i booked another appt with a different masseuse and will try again.

I really liked the massage but I was a little disappointed that she did not spend more time on my problem area which was my right leg quad muscles. She did shiatsu which I really enjoyed and have never had that treatment before. I have rebooked with her and next time I will ask for more time on my quads. But definitely enjoyed the shiatsu and she was very nice.

I was satisfied with my experience at the Hand&Stone. However, I was not too fond of having to provide my credit card number to book an appointment. There is no such requirement in other spa salons or massage clinics. I understand that you are protecting your employees if someone does not show up for the appointment by placing a partial charge on the client's credit card. But while protecting their rights and time, you must also consider the consumers` protection rights. There are many cases of credit cards` fraught nowadays; therefore, I am uncomfortable with such a policy. Thank you.

Had a good facial massage from Maria, good knowledge and explained in depth about the benefits. Enjoyed the 10 minute neck massage in between my facial. Will highly recommended
