My appointment was late but once started it was great

The poor therapist’s chair was vet squeaky; water should be offered after a massage; basement is a bit musty

I very much liked my facial with Maria but was less enthused with my Swedish massage. It was mediocre and, next time, I will try a different masseur/masseuse.

The massage therapist should have explained the findings During the massage and what he was doing in light of the findings. He did not talk at all and while I am naturally chatty some explanations during the massage would have been helpful

I have challenges with finding the correct products that work well for my skin. However, the esthetician's knowledge was beneficial for aftercare. The owner followed up the following days and assisted with finding alternatives for products that may work better for me. I appreciated their knowledge and respectful approach.

Again, I really feel claustrophobic wearing a mask. I feel distressed when others are wearing masks around me.

It was fine. Felt a little less personal than other appointments that I have had. A little more 'institutional'. But - services were good.

The cost has gone up and a one hr massage at other places is one hr, not 50 minutes, for the same price. Technique used by the RMT was very repetitive and was more concentrated om the center of the back versus and overall massage.

Location is great but while esthetician was nice, I found she talked too much and it reduced my enjoyment of treatment. She also went through the facial in a way that felt rushed. She did a good job, though. I just find the price at H&S to be way too high to make it even a bi-annual thing. At $150 after tax and tip, it's just a lot for a facial.
