Staff were talking loudly outside of the room that I was in - basement level. I would have easily fallen asleep during my massage had they not been so loud.

It is hard to find an appointment as most of the therapists are booked. Especially during afterwork hours or during the weekend. I am always on wait list but not easy to actually find a spot m. Maybe you should hire more therapist

Not explaining what product are put on the face or the benefit of the product before putting on the face.

This was my first spa experience since the beginning of the pandemic and I wasn't sure what to expect. I didn't have any issues and really enjoyed the experience. While it was uncomfortable to wear a mask during the procedure, I didn't mind it at all, and appreciate the level of caution it offers.

While the therapist asked about the pressure, it would change initially but didn’t become consistent. Provided great relaxing but didnt have as much consistent pressure to give the relief I was experiencin

Good massage but never bothered with my arms or hands, not sure if I should have told him. room very nice and relaxing. I thought the price was very expensive for a 50 min massage.

No real reason. I was highly satisfied

Adam did a great job I like going there it is a quiet space Everyone is nice

The clay mask left my nose irritated and peeling for the next couple of days & very dry in that area too
