Aesthetician missed spots (waxing)

More than half of the services on your website are not available in this location. I was told I would be able to discuss my skin specific needs with the esthetician and she offered just 2 options - cleaning or rejuvenating facial. This was super misleading

I think "satisfied" is a fair rating girl being there for the first time.

The location is a small storefront with a dark hall and stairs to basement. The rooms upstairs and down are tiny and utilitarian. Poor ambiance.

There was no toilet paper in the washroom :(

I would have preferred the esthetician to briefly tell me before the treatment what she is going to do. Also, at the end of the session, I was told not to wash my face rest of the day, but didn’t say why? It would have been helpful to know why.

For some strange reason, after the massage I could not sleep well that night. My back and my legs hurt. That may be due to the OA I have, and has nothing to do with the massage itself. Perhaps it's because I was on my stomach for too long, which is not a posture I usually have.

I received an ok massage from a new RT. Wouldn’t go back to him. Facial with Joanna was great!

Only a sheet and not a blanket felt a little revealing. Was hoping for 1.5 hours but was only able to secure 1 hr.
