Overall, experience was very good. I would have preferred a little more big strokes massage and a little less pin pointing pressure points, otherwise all was good. Receptionist very friendly and polite.

It will be good if you send an email or notify the members when there is any available discount. I don't know about it until I got there. It will be helpful to let us know what is available beforehand.

The massage was very good but I expected different kind of massage. Still I liked it

I had a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone and my shoulders felt better after my treatment. But I hoped that I would feel even more relief and somewhat sore. Similar to how one feels after a workout!

I don’t hand out top marks readily. It would be rare for me to select “highly satisfied” unless there was an element of exceptionalism.

Washroom accessibility for disabled. Was not able to use as only one handrail down the stairs. Need handrail on both sides to prevent falling. In addition being down two flights of stairs.

I was highly satisfied with the Massage therapist which is most important to me. The facility itself is a little dated but was not terribly important because the massage therapist was worth it.

I like this place and the employees that work there. It is a bit expensive for what you get.
