The waiting area is too commercial and uninviting. The massage room ambiance, lighting and music needs to be more conducive for a more relaxing massage. Room was too warm. Suggest using aromatic scents more like a spa with a scented candle and spa music

I was no able to use gift cards since they were issued by another location. I bought another service on same day - massage. Overall rating for that is Satisfied

The room was cold - if you can’t use the heated tables, then you may need portable heaters for fall/winter/spring. A blanket won’t make enough of a difference.

The start time was late. I was not able to get the full 50 minute massage because of another commitment I had made and could not be late for. This left me feeling a little worried about being late and not able to completely relax. However, I was credited 10 minutes toward my next visit which I appreciated.

Not enough pressure applied and problem areas that I voiced to my therapist were not worked on. I asked for more pressure twice and it still wasn’t enough.

Warm table gone. Nothing specific anyone could do considering covid

room and bed was a bit outdated, head rest was extremely uncomfortable. nobody asked what kind of massage i wanted.

Everything was great! I just could have used more pressure. It felt more like a relaxing massage, but overall experience was great!

My esthetician’s mask was under her nose while giving me the facial. Even though she had a face shield on I could feel breath on me. I thought it was a fan until I looked up after my facial and noticed her mask under her nose. I lost confidence.She does a great job; I will head back to her after Covid.

It was expensive.
