The location is not close to my neighbourhood and my therapist works only in this location. However, as he is very professional and skillful in his job, I decided to go to the location he works because of the excellent experience and quality of the service. In addition to this, because of great service he provided with his other clients, he is extra busy and it is not easy to mach my schedules and his availability.

My massage was exceptional. Esther was wonderful, talented, knowledgable, and professional. I did not find it very easy to book at appointment. I really dislike the online form and find the receptionist did not get back to me within 48 hours, whereas other massage provider are much much quicker.

The Bloor West location has very friendly staff. I appreciate how courteous everyone is and I never have to wait long. The spa itself is never overcrowded and most of all, it has a very tranquil / quiet ambiance - which is so important to the overall experience. Keep up the great work!

The massage was great! The only thing that was missing is it could have used more pressure. Other than that everything was highly satisfactory!

Ryan is excellent But you really cant book an appointment on line in real time,have to email request and then someone will get back to you Had to fill put covid form 3 times-not sure why? Considering they are trying their best during covid I appreciate that

The intake covid form on the same format as this survey ie able to be done on a phone or computer. Also a typed signature should be allowed especially if it being done on a phone. How else to get real signature on form

While I understand the concerns around COVID19, H&S needs to open up more appointments and start taking bookings further into the future. It would be wrong to re-start taking money monthly when there are not enough appointments available to accommodate everyone who wants to come in and has packages available from before the spas were closed for the pandemic.

The massage wasn’t as good as I have had with others and did not feel like I had one at all when I left. Therapist was very nice but the type of massage just didn’t give me the result I was looking for.
