Hand and Stone

I don't like wearing a mask during my massage treatment nor do I like having to complete and email a screening form prior to my massage visit.

Cant book appointment on line-should be able to do this

Would really like to have the option to book appointments online.

Treatment could be 60 mins for same price

I think I just miss the therapist at the Hand and Stone that I went to before we moved. We got on really well and he was in tune with the areas I need focused on during the treatment. The therapist during the most recent visit was ok, just didn't "click" the way I did with the previous therapist.

I think the cost is high for a 50 minure massage. I feel the massage should be 60 minutes for that price. I can go elsewhere for the same cost and a longer massage.

I had booked a facial and then massage but I had to move rooms in between appointments. I would have hoped I could have stayed in the same room for both treatments.

Great service and price . Just would have loved a better massage. Last time was better

My face appeared quite irritated as a result of the treatment. I did not experience this before when I had the same treatment

It was very difficult to get an appointment. I did not find the receptionists friendly. They kept asking if I spelled my name correctly since they couldn't find me in the computer. What?? Of course I know how to spell my name. But when I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist was great. Very friendly, offered me water, etc. The appointment started late so I waited a bit, but once in I loved the treatment and for that reason would come back. You really should have an online booking form.
