I felt that more pressure was required to target into my knotted and tight areas. I left still feeling the tension I was hoping to have released.

The price, $90 including tax is high for a 50 mins massage. If the price is raised again in the near future, I will cancel my membership.

Would prefer a 60 min massage versus 50 min for the same price

I think the massage prices are a bit too high. Would go more often if prices were lower. Also would prefer longer length of massage time as well. 50 minutes is not long enough, in my opinion.

I expected the estetician to give me some tips on which type of products are best for my Skin.

I would have liked the therapist to use massage oil. (None was used). Maybe I should have specified it. Everything else was fine.

The price was on the steeper side. When I looked into the reward program online it seemed confusing to me.

I wasn't highly satisfied because there are not many female massage therapists. It's also very difficult to find times that they are available to fit my schedule.
