Maria, my esthetician is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next one.

I have always booked my appointments at other massage places for 90 min massages. At this place that is almost impossible. Then I asked if I can book a double appointment so that their hour schedule doesn't get messed up (I assumed that was the problem) which would work out to 100 mins (50 min x 2) but was told that it's very rare that any massage therapist would do that. I've never been told that at any of the other places I have goon to over the years. This is the reason, even though my massage therapist I had on my last visit was amazing, the longer time is important to me as I prefer a full body massage and you need the 90 mins to make a difference. Overall the staff is great, location and times are prefect for me but not being able to do a longer session is a big deal for me.

Over the years I have been a member, this location has gotten very, very busy and it may be a few weeks before I can get an appt. particularly for a massage. In addition, on several occasions I have left messages to book appt. and no one has call back which means follow-up is required. This results in a back-up of packages. Vivien and her team are very nice and the service is generally very good. I just think they are too busy for the cliente they have right now.

Please rethink the playlist music- it's creepy and weird. It takes two months to get an appointment with my therapist.

Did not properly allotted adequate time to cover all areas for the massage. No time to do arms, hands or feet

I had a massage with James Dondo. He has a slightly unconventional style and I do not find his massages as relaxing as I would like. My wife has had the same experience with this therapist. He also returned a number of times to a trigger point which did not seem to want to relax during the massage, despite his attempts. He might have instead just told me some techniques to try to resolve it at home on my own rather than persisting with his hands.

Nothing to measure it against. The massage was good.

Was in pain all night from pressure of massage. Was deep tissue but felt bruised afterwards. Still sore next day.

Update facilities. For the price I would like to see a more updated massage studio. Need renovations not very spa like. Looks and feels passé. More white used more updated furniture etc some aromatherapy

I'm not exactly sure what will make the experience 'highly satisfied' when I was satisfied and will return.
