My therapist was very knowledgeable but came across as a little condescending. There was little discussion on what his approach was going to be at the beginning of the appointment and I felt he spent a bit too much time on suggestions to fix my squat form and not enough on what he was going to do to address my knee problems.

The reception area was a bit small and seemed a bit cluttered. Too much going on in a small space. The service room itself was also very crowded there was again a lot of things in a small space making it appear smaller.

I would have enjoyed hearing an assessment of what areas felt tense/tight, suggestions on services/ things to do to remedy this. At times I was in pain, however that is my fault for not speaking up, as a person new to massage! A minor thing.

I was very satisfied overall, but have felt a little rushed there. Not the last visit specially but in general at that location. The foyer has been overcrowded in past as well, not very welcoming and you can’t really enjoy your hot water/tea.

The masseuse was great. It was a great interaction. She worked hard to make me feel comfortable. The room was cold and the masseuse had to turn on the table a space heater and give me a heated blanket. She anticipated all of this and i appreciated that she took the measures to provide me that comfort so I did not have to complain. but I didnt really like all of that it makes its hard to relax initially. There was no music on so I did mention that to the masseuse and she spoke to the reception, and it was turned on. It made me wonder if they forgot the heat too. It almost seem like the reception didnt want to be there. They were not rude but I didnt get the usual warmth I receive when I go there. Also the pricing to add the aroma therapy seems much to me. Especially since it's not a very wide selection. It really should be standard with the treatment.
