Hand and Stone

The music was not playing. Too much noise from hallway. Room was cold.

Despite arriving on time, my appointment started late and still ended at the designated time. No explanation was provided for why it started late and no accommodation was made to provide the time I missed. Also, I did not like the massage generally.

it's hard for me to provide a Highly Satisfied rating. i find Hand & Stone quite expensive considering mainly because H&S so blatantly recommends a big percent tip

It may be out of your control, but you could hear sounds outside your room. People walking around upstairs and down the hall. But other than that it was a really nice facility.

Overall, I was satisfied. The sheet on the head piece didn't smell great though, I wonder if it had not been put in a dryer to smell better. Massage was relaxing, but in some instances a little more pressure could have been applied.

Found the facial to be really expensive for what it was. Massage was a nice touch but it was $140 for a 50 minute facial (including tip)

The place is fine, clean with a basic set up. Not like a high end spa but in between a clinic and a spa. Overall happy but have been in more places that where like a Spa example being The Old Mill Spa. They have a relaxation area and a sauna. But I knew you didn’t and that’s fine with me and that’s why it was overall satisfactory and will be returning again.

This was a gift I received but I preferred to go back to the therapist that I’ve been dealing with for the past few years. Honestly, I was very impressed with Hand & Stone. Maybe one day I might consider moving here.

I originally booked a 50 minute massage, then called to add an extra 10 minutes to make it a 60 minute massage. I was advised to arrive 15 minutes early as a result. I arrived at 3:45pm, was checked in right away but sat until 4:05pm which is when the massage therapist came to get me. By the time I was escorted to the room, was given time to change, meant the message didn't start until close to 4:10 to 4:15pm and it finished at exactly 5pm. At check out I was charges an additional $16.00 for the extra 10 minutes. Not very good value for the money.
