Did not feel comfortable with a much older gentleman giving me a massage and talked too much.

I wanted two services back to back. First time I call they didnt have an Estatisionist or her schedule. I had to book a message at another facility. Than I had to call back to get a facial. I think that they could have done a better job at getting me both appoints, if they couldn’t do back to back Sandra

The lady ahead of me was asking a very long array of questions that made my check out time lengthy - it's really nobody's fault but extra staff at busy times always a plus if that is an option.

The overall service was fine. I would have preferred a longer appointment and though I was last minute booking it I find in the past it's also been hard to book a longer appointment. My masseuse was great! In general I find that the rmts tend to not be consistent with the type or knowledge of what type of massage will address ur concerns. For ex: hot stone, deep tissue, reiki. So I dont find always leave feeling renewed since I usually get massages to relive my right back muscles from my job. If the rent does not being ur up to me I dont think to ask for it and just assume they review what type of service I received in the past.

Not highly satisfied bc in the 80 min time the therapist only focussed on the two problem areas i mentioned. I assumed it wOuld be partly relaxation and some focus on the two problem areas however it was only those two areas for the entire 80 min so I was a little disappointed As there was no relaxation componenat at all. However this is not necessarily the fault of the therapist I could have been more specific with my expectations at the beginning. I just assumed there would be some relaxation and was disappointed when there wasn’t.

It was good - as expected. thank you! Someone needs to look at the washroom downstairs -- the one on the right -- the door stuck so badly I was locked in for a few minutes

Therapist lacked professionalism

I liked my therapist, Geoffrey. He gave better pressure than the other therapists. I think he could have used more pressure at times, but I was still satisfied. I would want to see him again.

The reason I made an appointment was due to the introductory value. I ended up paying for an additional 2 services after my consultationr.

I had a collagen facial...not a massage. The survey you sent me have questions about a massage. I feel that the cost of the facial was over priced. The esthetician did not provide me with any info about my skin. The hand and foot treatment was not very good.
