Adam is a fantastic therapist. I do wish he’d spent more time directly on my lower back where the pain was, but perhaps he didn’t because the pain was caused by other areas of my back? Overall a fantastic experience though. Adam is very knowledgeable, offering advice after the session if I have questions. He’s also very polite and kind, welcoming me with a smile and wishing me well after the treatment is over. He creates a safe and comfortable space.

For all the reasons you have asked, it was easy to book, schedule was available, therapist was excellent, environment was safe, clean and relaxing.

I've seen Hien for the past three months and, depending on my concerns, he provided different techniques (relaxation vs pain release). The receptionists are always friendly and knowledgeable.

I always appreciate that the front desk staff ask if I need to use the washroom before my massage. It’s also nice to have the water available. I’ve had several different massage therapists and they have all been excellent.

Therapist was very attuned to my trouble spots. Excellent pressure as I requested. Very pleasant.
