I was satisfied with my hand and stone experience in various aspects - Esthetician was friendly & knowledgeable, reception was welcoming and timely, and my skin has demonstrated nice results. My only comment would be more price incentives for members. I signed up as a returning/monthly member because of the results my skin experienced but I will only keep it up if it becomes more feasible, otherwise I likely won’t maintain it. Facial “add-on” packages should be reduced (for example, $10 extra for members instead of $20, and products should have differently monthly sales for members or should be 20% off, etc.)

I've had a more satisfying massage experience before at this location. Although the massage therapist worked on the area that I had requested, I still experienced discomfort that I thought would go away with the massage. The cost is above average for massages at other spas.

I visited Hands & Stone in March, first time. At that time my expeience was good. Skin got very fresh. The girl who did facial, did excellent job. Thats why I visited again but this time am not satisfied because it wasn't like before. Thank you.

Plain and simple: in this visit, the therapist used way too weak pressure. If I wanted someone to rub lotion on my back, I could just do it myself. I wanted more pressure and asked for more pressure, but still was very weak. By contrast, my regular therapist is really good and I love his pressure. He was not available so I tried a different therapist.... which was a waste of time and money. This is why I don't like to change.

I am very satisfied with Ryan as a RMT. He is excellent! He has helped me and my daughter over the past year. The facilities are also excellent. However the cost of my massage was too high and nothing was done to try and accommodate me as a repeat customer (myself and my daughter) until my coverage is renewed in July. I cannot afford to pay $118 for a massage and the recent rise in the membership rate also makes it challenging without coverage to continue coming over the next few months. Io won't be able to return until my coverage is reinstated in July. I will also only be able to book once a month.

I was very satisfied. I had the classic facial and felt the experience was missing a few other elements from previous. Perhaps, I had different facials in the past?
