I was not impressed at the washed but stained hair band that I was expected to use. When they are stained with make up they need to be thrown out. It was disgusting. She quickly got me a disposable one and agreed the original one was very unappealing. I will in future insist on a disposable one. Not classy at all and it made me wonder about other hygienic issues that might be present at this salon.

Difficulty in getting available times. Would be great if availability was shown on website to avoid back and forth w receptionist. Quality of RMT is variable..

At my latest appointment I was brought in by my RMT on time, however, he could not find the room we were supposed to be in. I was led back out to the reception area where I waited for 20 minutes, which is a very long time. At no point did anyone give me updates as to what was happening and why my appointment was so late. My RMT did not even apologize when he finally brought me in. He didn't explain the reason behind the mix-up, and instead complained about the way "management was running the place" I did not feel this was very professional. After my massage, the receptionist didn't bother to comment or acknowledge the issue. I didn't feel like complaining since I didn't want to ruin my day (it was my birthday) and decided to shrug it off. But since I was asked for my feedback, here it is.

Fan in the room was too noisey. Staff did not take the time to explain the membership.

I dont think my aches and pains feel considerably better after my massage. However, i am going to give things a little more time to set in. I'm looking forward to my next appointment

I absolutely loved my hot stone massage. It felt completely relaxed during and my rmt was wonderful. The only reason I was not highly satisfied is because several hours after the massage I began experiencing terrible pain in one foot. It was so painful I could not walk. 2 days later the pain is greatly reduced though my foot is not yet fully back to normal. I did not feel pain during the massage only hours later.

I found the products to be very expensive even with 10% off and the reception area was extremely busy after the facial and had to choose the products ...I felt rushed & uncomfortable surrounded by people

The massage therapist was nice enough but didn't go out of his way to ask or comment on problems. He seemed uneasy which made me feel a little uneasy. He also seemed in a hurry to leave by the end of the massage.

Should be able to book appointment entirely over the internet. Should be able to see therapists and availability, book and confirm in one action. Current process is too long.

Since 2016 that I have visited Hand & Stone for massages, and I have received good and profeesional services all the time
