My appointment did not start on time even though no one was in before me.

More extraction needed.

The fact that I waited so long +15minutes, was 'someone else's fault'. I felt rushed, then didn't feel I was given the full amount of time needed. The massage pressure was not right-too light, even when i told him I would like more pressure. It didn't happen. Because he was behind, I felt I had to rush to get out! Feet not massages as I requested.

The employees at the reception desk were taking loudly about personal issues the entire time I was waiting (about 10-13 minutes) I found this really unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. Not relaxing or inviting at all. The massage itself with Xi was great

Appointment did not start on time. 50min included the time therapist brought me in the room and left me to undress. I usually get a full hour at other spas, in this case I got less than 50 min

My only issue, and it was not a huge one, was that front line staff did not know how to renew my membership. Said they would find out and get back to me, but that has not happened.

My masseuse Veronica was very friendly and listened to my request to apply more pressure. But I think she wasn't strong enough for my liking. She really seemed to care but unfortunately, not enough pressure to feel like I had a massage that day.

I found the room a little bit cold, particularly at the start. This massage was different than any other I have had. I ended up really enjoying it but throughout it, I was unsure what would be done next.

I sent an email before location opened to book an appt that morning and they called me promptly when they opened. I was able to book an appt within the hour. Staff at front desk very helpful.

Highly satisfied is 10 out of 10 being perfect in every way.
