I hate to be asked for tips after receiving a RMT massage in front of people around at the reception area. becuase I've never been asked in any other places.

I'm not sure if I like the technique that the massage therapist used. Also, she talked too much. I like to have my massage with as little chit chat as possible, especially once the initial questions are answered.

Lack of personality from reception. Poor first impression. Although both receptionists were very professional. Unable to find product code or scan skin products I wanted to purchase. But managed in the end. As a corporation u sent me a birthday card whic was the same day of my visit but no customer appreciation offer. What's the point? Lame.

I was satisfied. My husband has been less than satisfied as his past few visits the therapist had provided less than 50 minutes massage time....hes not happy with this and will either be cancelling his membership or will discuss further.

My wife and I have had several experiences at hand and stone where the massage either begins late or ends early and gets cut short. We both understand that sometimes people are running late but would expect that the massage gets extended so that we are being massaged for the full amount of time that we pay for. We always book 50 minute massages and find they are often just 45. 5 minutes short is 10% of the massage so it amounts to a fairly big deal.

The appt. started 20 mins later than what was confirmed. I understand what happened (one person showed up late putting all the other appts. in peril). But it would have been great to receive a call or text or email to advise to show up a later. I had already paid for parking and barely made it back. I was very lucky the traffic cop was ticketing someone else a couple of cars in front of me so I was able to scramble out. But the pressure put on me after a massage was unnecessary. This is the first time I'm complaining about H&S. I really love it there, but this incident wasn't dealt with properly.
