This may be a repeat - I already typed this once. I had a small bruise on my face after my facial. The waiting room is small - functional but not very elegant or "spa-like."

I find the online appointment request process ineffective. Twice I've used it and having not received a follow up call, have had to call to book. So, I won't bother with the online process again. I don't agree with the idea of tipping a RMT. Few other registered professionals are tipped - a psychotherapist, chiropractor, nutritionist, dentist, doctor - so why an RMT? However, I do tip as it's expected.

It was satisfactory but have not had an opportunity to book for a massage for some time. It seems to be getting harder and harder to get an appointment.

My regular massage therapist was unavailable on the day of my last visit, so I had to book with a new therapist, as I had aches/pains that needed remedy that day, and I could not wait a week for an opening. I did not feel that the new therapist provided enough pressure and the massage in general was not very satisfying. He was pleasant and friendly, but I prefer to continue with my usual therapist, Lori, for future visits.

I think of Hand & Stone as a relaxing massage. I believe that the BEST RMTs would work for themselves and not a franchise. Massages I've had at Hand & Stone have been good. The place is clean and staff super friendly. But it is not the best therapeutic massage.

I am very new to this particular Hand & Stone, and I am reserving my final judgement upon continuity of good experiences.

I was very satisfied with my experience. The ladies at the front desk was polite and very friendly. Lindsay the massage therapist was fabulous and will definitely be returning.

The room was a bit too noisy, I could hear a conversation in the other room. The music was also too loud.

Massage therapist at times takes too long to return after they leave to allow client to change and get under the sheet. Over 5 minutes is too long. Lose out on valuable/needed massage time. Should've only 2-3 unless the therapist realizes the client requires more time

I was very satisfied not sure why this popped up
