I was disappointed in trying to book my appointment that there was no availability initially. Perhaps a wait list in case of cancellations could be available. My overall experience was very positive.

Adam was amazing, the environment is very relaxing and the location is very convenient for me. I'm also glad you guys are open on the weekends, including Sundays! The ONLY thing I'd say is that I wish I could book and cancel the appointments online. Because you don't have that option my husband and I almost chose to a different clinic to get a massage from. I only changed my mind because my physio strongly recommended me Hand&Stone! And I'm glad he convinced me. :)

Geoffrey is exceptional at his job. He listens to my areas of concern and addresses them accordingly. This visit I was experiencing pain in a few areas and he did his best with the time we had. I always walk out feeling relaxed, even when he’s been working on some painful areas. He’s polite and kind and I look forward to seeing him every month. The front desk staff are always pleasant and professional. I feel welcomed when I arrive and appreciated when I check out. I strongly recommend Hand and Stone.

Patricia is an excellent RMT. I always feel great when I leave. She has helped me a lot over the last few years with dealing with past chronic pain. She’s amazing.

Joanna was knowledgeable about products to use for my skin type and she provided a great facial experience.
