She was helpful and answered all my questions even helped accommodate my services with my schedule. Joanna was very friendly. She is very skilled in her technique with long slow and smooth strokes. Her neck and shoulder massage was excellent and she paid attention to the neck and decollete which other facialists do not do.

I usually book the same person for my facials; she know what I like and especially appreciate Joanna's neck and shoulder massage while the mask is doing its thing. It is a little extra which I very much value. The atmosphere at the spa is always very welcoming, professional and serene. A very good place to relax and recharge.

The massage therapist seemed experienced and very knowledgeable. Very concerned about my well being. The most impressive is that I have been going to physio for years and in one visit I realized that massage therapists are a complement to physiotherpist as they will give you the time to manually work on all muscles. I also like the selection of different types of massages. i.e. stone, deep tissue etc. Thank you so much. Will definately tell family members
