Wonderful experience as always in this Hand & Stone Spa location. Excellent rating for both Kathleen and Joanna in terms of customer service, personality and knowledge.

Patricia is very pleasant and friendly and always makes sure to ask if I have any specific areas that need attention and remembers what I like from visit to visit.

It was simple and easy to book. I had the day and time I wanted available. The staff was friendly and I was happy with the massage.

Joanna was an amazing estatition. She was very knowledgeable about the concerns I had and solutions for them. My facial was relaxing and was a great way to end a stressful day.

Kin helped fix my aches and pain in my elbow, ankle, and shoulders. He demonstrated stretches for self care. He was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge.

There's no waiting time upon checking in. The service was excellent. It's not far from our place.
