Hand & Stone feedback - I have been a member of Hand & Stone Bloor for years and very pleased with the services provided by both the skin therapists and RMTs'. Vivian, spa owner ensures that issues are resolved in a timely manner. Joanna is my goto therapist and found her to be very patient, knowledgeable and conscientious esp what works best for her customers. She takes the time to truly listen and recommends targeted products .. also aware of other brands including clean products. Thank you ..

Firstly overall this service is 100% crucial to my well being! The staff ,call desk and therapists work in harmony together.I have relied on this service for almost a decade now and have never been disappointed. I am overwhelmed when i am able to make an appointment, it helps ease through my daily routine......

I have recommended H&S to so many family & friends who have also purchased a membership! On my last visit I even purchased 2 x gift cards for friends upcoming birthdays so they too could experience the relaxation and benefits of H&S! :) I am already looking forward to my next visit!!!

The esthetician was very pleasant and efficient. The appointment was on time.

The RMT was very knowledgeable, pleasant and capable. The room was very clean, calm and promoted relaxation. I do not have massages often, but will try to return more frequently. .

Joanna, the facial specialist is very knowledgeable. I am always very happy with her service. I love and listen to all of her recommendations for my face and what type of products to use.
