I was delighted by the cleanliness of the interior of the Spa room and reception. The receptionist was friendly and professional. My esthetician was friendly, professional, and warm. She was highly skilled and thorough with her skills. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. My skin looks better and healthier.

Johanna was great, and the facial was fantastic. I love being to book via email exchanges.

Always clean throughout the clinic. Always easy to make an appointment. Good amount of skilled therapists (I had to book an appointment with 3 different RMT cause of my schedule, and each of them are wonderful RMTs). I like the look and location of this clinic too. I'm happy to be a member.

Vivian and her staff create a friendly, professional, easy to do business atmosphere. Atsuko is a great RMT, who asks questions before the massage and adjusts both her technique and her behaviour to meet my requirements. Overall an awesome experience!

The massage therapists was absolutely amazing. Thomas was so thorough at his time management, targeting my problem areas and had the perfect pressure point. I felt ever area was focused on with the perfect amount of time for my problem areas and he was able to still give me an overall sense of balance/tension relief in my whole body.

This was a new esthetician for me. She was fabulous.
