Sofia my message therapist was very knowledgeable regarding my concern with my sciatic pain. She ensured that she used proper techniques to relive the pain. She was very helpful providing me with suggestions.

My massage therapist Patricia has been a wealth of knowledge and has always shown great compassion and attentiveness to my individual requests. She consistently checks if the pressure is appropriate and if there are areas I would prefer to have worked on. I have already recommended her to a friend that is considering purchasing a Hand & Stone membership. I appreciate the receptionist calling when there has been a cancellation and an opening is available sooner than my original appointment. I have also received treatments from other massage therapists at this location, which all have been great, but Patricia is outstanding and would be my first choice for a massage treatment.

I was happy with my given appointment time. I was pleased that my massage therapist was able to help me relax. I am looking forward to my next massage.

All staff were very friendly. My RMT was on time for my appointment. She was very knowledgeable and was able to to target the specific areas of concern. She was friendly and made the experience comfortable and relaxing. Would absolutely use my RMT again.

This location is very well run - they are always very friendly, efficient and professional.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about my therapeutic needs. He answered my questions and fixed problems with my back and arms that I didn't even know I had. He was not only firm, but helped me relax. He was also very understanding about my shortness of breath and offered several options and solutions. I just wish he was available more often. I need appointments in the late afternoon and I always have to wait 4-5 weeks for an available time.

My therapist Colleen, was very knowledgeable, very friendly and super professional, she made me feel very comfortable during my session and I was so relaxed! I definitely want to go back for another massage with her.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The email correspondence was clear and replies were prompt and courteous. The massage therapist was attentive to my words and pin pointed the exact problem areas. This was over all the best experience and I would recommend this to everyone.
