Ryan was very knowledgeable about my therapeutic needs. He answered my questions and fixed problems with my back and arms that I didn't even know I had. He was not only firm, but helped me relax. He was also very understanding about my shortness of breath and offered several options and solutions. I just wish he was available more often. I need appointments in the late afternoon and I always have to wait 4-5 weeks for an available time.

My therapist Colleen, was very knowledgeable, very friendly and super professional, she made me feel very comfortable during my session and I was so relaxed! I definitely want to go back for another massage with her.

All the staff were friendly and professional. The email correspondence was clear and replies were prompt and courteous. The massage therapist was attentive to my words and pin pointed the exact problem areas. This was over all the best experience and I would recommend this to everyone.

From the time I called the clinic to book the appointment, everything worked out so smoothly. I really like the schedule of the clinic. The staff were all kind and knowledgeable. I especially liked the safety measures being taken to ensure safety for everyone (signs outside treatment room, automatic hand soap and paper towels in the washroom, etc.) My therapist was able to address all my back issues and made me feel super relaxed the whole time. I really liked that Atsuko asked me if the amount of pressure she was applying was alright with me. It really helped me enjoy my massage even more. It was such a relaxing and yet therapeutic experience that I signed up to be a member. I'm looking forward to returning in a month 😊
