i was satisfied because: the receptionist made my check-in and check-out process very seamless; my massage therapist, Sofia, was great; and the overall ambience of the spa was warm and replaxing

I mistakenly came to my appt late and they did their best to accommodate me. Much appreciated!

There was no one at the front desk when I came and when she arrived she wasn’t warm she was not nice.

Massage was great, comparable to a high end hotel spa. Staff are always knowledgeable and friendly...very clean space and safe environment.

Ramona was great on the phone when she called to inform me about my membership. Atsuko is knowledgeable and worked on the parts of my body that required attention. Vivian as always is very warm and makes you feel welcome at Hand and Stone.
