Hand and stone was great. It has been awhile since I've been there and still everyone remembers me and so pleasant. I need to start thinking about myself and therefore I'll be coming in again to get pampered

I was slightly worried about COVID and getting a massage for relaxation but the conversation I had with the owner and the precautions the therapist took relieved any fears.

Massage therapist applied pressure in areas asked. She explained clearly guidelines for covid procedures. The room was clean, I felt comfortable that cleaning procedures were followed. The massage therapist was on time for appointment.

It was wonderful to return to Hand & Stone after such a long COVID-19 delay. The whole experience made me feel safe and welcome. All the protocols were strictly adhered to and it was evident that the Management had worked hard to put everything in place. The questionnaire that was sent online prior to the treatment was comprehensive and ensures both the staffs and my safety. The therapy room was clean and disinfected and all my personal items were closed into a rubber tote. Ryan again asked all the pertinent questions re: Covid-19 health and asked and evaluated where I was experiencing problems. Ryan is an experienced, caring, RMT expert. I feel very fortunate that I could be treated by him.

I was there yesterday and I was suggested a new massage therapist. My massage went amazing. The therapist was very nice and explained and all the Covid procedures.
