The reception area and the massage room appeared very clean. But it always appears to be clean. So glad they’ve reopened. I wish there were more appointment times available.

Long overdue for a massage. The staff have always been friendly, accommodating. Massage therapist was amazing, looking forward to rebooking.

The reception staff is welcoming, professional and helpful. The massage therapists I've used (2) provide great therapeutic services, really listening and focusing on problem areas. Facials have also been impeccable.

I really like our Hand and Stone outlet. It's nearby our home, so easy to get to. The receptionists know us and book us in wherever they can fit us and our busy schedules. The massage therapists all seem quite good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We plan to keep coming to this outlet as often as we can!

I’ve been going to Hand and stone for the last couple of years. Maybe 6 or more months ago I started to go each week and if find more time I would like to come more often. The staff is incredible, both the massage therapist and dermatologist are amazing. I do get high quality service from both. Thank you for being here for us.
