Massage was wonderful! The time spent waiting was minimal and let me book my next appointment. The staff were very friendly and my masseuse was very professional and applied the right kind of pressure and relieved many of the knots in my back!

Please wash the tops of the stools that the RMT sit on. When not in use, the stools are often right under the clients nose and they stink like dirty bum. Not so pleasant! But otherwise H&S is great!! I love the rewards program.

Always a friendly reception from the staff. Offered water or tea while seated. Ryan, my RMT is extremely knowledgeable and always properly assesses my areas of concern and talks over a treatment plan. He is excellent at therapeutic massage and quickly identifies and targets areas that require specific attention. Hand and Stone Etobicoke is great!
