Booking an appointment for a massage in short notice is difficult with Hand&Stone. I sustained an injury and needed an appointment relatively quickly to alleviate some of the pain. No appointments were available over the course of 5 days. I have about 8 saved massage sessions in my account but I am limited to how quickly I can access them. I would likely not renew my membership after I use up the treatments because of the issue of availability at your facility, unfortunately. Rather than going for a massage, I had a facial instead. The facial was wonderful, but my primary concern and reason for calling that day was to receive massage therapy.

I have been to MANY RMTs and Magda is a phenomenal therapist. Outside the treatment itself I am always highly impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff as well as the overall cleanliness and mood of the environment.

I love that I feel very welcome at Hand & Stone from the moment I enter until the time I exit. My most recent visit was superb; Ryan McKeen is an exceptional RMT. I can truthfully say that my massage with Ryan was the best I have ever had--anywhere! I will be returning! Thank you!

All the staff was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The treatment room was cozy, warm and clean. The esthetician was very knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to talk with. Her skills were top notch and I felt very comfortable throughout the treatment.
