The knowledge and ability of Ryan to work on my problem areas and recall my issues next visit. The cost and location proximity to my home. The hours and days open were convenient as well.

I enjoyed the whole experience at the spa and left relaxed. That was my goal!

The receptionist was very friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. The therapist was polite and also very friendly. She asked me questions prior to beginning the massage and effectively reduced the tension I was feeling. Great experience from beginning to end.

James was incredible. He worked at my problem spots and took my feedback and asked constant questions. He also educated me about my problem areas.

The message was great. Parking was available via Green park—-not appreciated. Hard to get an appointment that fit my schedule. The subsequent visits would be more expensive than other places—need to be competitive!

Great massage and great service. I’ll look into booking another appointment. The days and hours of availability is good for me. I also like the fact that massage therapy service is covered by my extended insurance.

I’m always welcomed with a smile and by name, and offered a beverage. There is never a lot of people waiting, so it’s easy to find a seat. My appointment always starts on time and my RMT does a quick check in to see if there are any problem areas he needs to work on. Check out is always quick and easy, and the few times I’ve had to wait, I’m always offered a sincere apology. Overall, always a great experience.
