I explained to the massage therapist the pains that I have been experiencing in my hands and upper back. He worked on the areas I ask him to and made a recommendation for what treatment I should ask for at the next appmt.

Xi was the best massage therapist I’ve had the pleasure of having services from. The fact that he has a kinesiology background helped him answer my questions in a knowledgeable manner. I will definitely ask for Xi next time!

Ryan is a very experienced and an excellent RMT. He always assesses me prior to the start of the massage and tailors it to address all of my requirements. He is amazing! His knowledge of the body and how it works allows him to cater the treatment to ensure great results. All the staff at the front desk are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole experience at Hand & Stone is positive and rejuvenating.
