the receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable on every question you ask.. the facility is well kept clean and good ambience... all the staff are will treat you very nice and make sure your comfortable.. the service all in all are fantastic and amazing..

Consistently receive frictionless experience along with friendly staff and skilled massage therapists. Inhad to cancel membership however bc I’m just not into a massage a month. I think I was 4 months behind at the time I can called and this was after I had paused for a few months.

The Etobicoke Bloor West location has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff from the reception area to the estheticians to masseuses have always been friendly. Also clean environment ... a plus. I look forward to my appointments - Louise, thanks for a great facial and shoulder & hand massage!

The therapist Ryan McKeen is always absolutely superb in carrying out the treatment. He listens to my concerns and always remembers my health history. In this case, in the pre-massage discussion I forgot to mention I'd been having severe neck pain; nevertheless, in carrying out the massage he recognized something amiss in my neck area and addressed it with gentle movements that greatly relieved the stiffness. He delivers a massage that is both relaxing and very therapeutic -- I always walk out feeling much better.

I didnt realize a scalp/shoulder massage would be part of the treatment. I was very comfortable and found the esthetician friendly .
